Abstract

Preeklampsia mempengaruhi sekitar 3% dari seluruh kehamilan. Identifikasi awal dari kehamilan dengan risiko merupakan prioritas dalam mengurangi komplikasi preeklampsia. Teknologi tepat yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya bidan mendeteksi dini preeklampsia dengan pemanfaatan sistem pakar. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat suatu sistem pakar deteksi dini preeklamsia berbasis mobile. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross secsional. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri 100 Ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan usia ibu hamil terhadap risiko preeklampsia penggunaan aplikasi berbasis mobile (p<0,005) sebaliknya paritas dan usia kehamilan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan (p>0,005). Dengan nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas masing-masing 92,31% dan 83,33%.
