Please find the rights and licenses in Journal of Community Service for Health (JCSH). By submitting the article/manuscript of the article, the author(s) accept this policy.
1. Copyright
If the article is accepted for publication, then Copyright of the article shall be assigned to Journal of Community Service for Health (JCSH), STIKes Patria Husada, Blitar, East Java as publisher of this journal. Copyright encompasses non-exclusive rights to reproduce and deliver the article in all forms and media, including reprints, photographs, microfilms and any other similar reproductions, as well as translations.
There will be a notification by email if the article is bound for publication. The author have to download our Copyright Transfer Agreement Form. The copyright form should be filled, signed and scanned by author then sent the file (softcopy) to our email jnkphb@gmail.com
2. License
The use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
3. Authors Rights
Author can distribute this article in cyberspace (eg. Repository, Book) both before and after the publication of this article, without permission from the publisher.
4. Author’s Warranties
- The article is the result of research or similar in accordance with scientific principles
- The article submitted is an original work and has neither been published nor is under consideration to publication by other journal, and does not infringe any existing copyright or third party rights
- The article contains nothing that is unlawful, libellous, or commitment given to secrecy
5. Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by other authors, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. JCSH will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. JCSH will only communicate with the corresponding author.
6. User Rights
Under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. JCSH permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work, Users will also need to attribute authors and JCSH on distributing works in the journal.
7. Miscellaneous
JCSH will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. JCSH editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers as mentioned in point 6.
